
Egg Frittata Recipe
Ingredients:

10 eggs

½ cup shredded cheese

¼ cup butter

1 cup half-and-half cream

Salt and pepper, to taste

2 cups chopped vegetables (e.g., mushrooms, bell peppers, onions, broccoli)
Instructions:

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Prepare the pan:
Place the ¼ cup of butter in a 9×13-inch baking dish. Put the dish in the oven while it preheats to melt the butter. Remove once melted. -
Make the egg mixture:
In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, cheese, half-and-half, salt, and pepper. Stir in the chopped vegetables of your choice. -
Bake the frittata:
Pour the mixture into the buttered baking dish. Bake for about 30 minutes, or until the center is set and no longer jiggly. -
Serve:
Let the frittata rest for a few minutes before slicing. Serve warm.
