Ingredients:
-
1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed
-
2 tablespoons cocoa powder
-
½ cup quick oats
-
¼ cup vegetable oil
-
⅓ cup honey

2 tablespoons sugar

2 teaspoons vanilla extract

½ teaspoon baking powder

Instructions:
-
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease or line an 8×8-inch baking pan.
-
Mix the ingredients:
In a large bowl (or blender/food processor for smoother texture), combine all ingredients except the chocolate chips. Blend or mix thoroughly until smooth. -
Fold in the chocolate chips, then pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
-
Bake for 15–18 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out mostly clean.
-
Cool before slicing. Cut into 12 squares and enjoy!
